They should NOT be completely submersed into water.\u003cbr\u003eBella Palms need a bright window, without direct sunlight. You'll scorch the leaves in a sunbeam! Mine do very well under a covered porch in the summers here in Kansas.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf you'd like to transition these to a swamp or boggy tank, I would suggest slowly acclimating these guys to a much more damp environment over a matter of weeks. Water daily, so the plant gets used to having a lot of water around. Perhaps place the pot in a shallow few inches of water in the last few days.
