Refund policy

We know all too well how picky our four-legged friends can be! If you or your companion are unsatisfied with our products, please call our store at 856-617-6871 or email us at featherfabulousbirds@gmail.com and let us take care of you. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for store credit with your proof of purchase receipt. Returns will be processed within 10 business days. You can also return any of your products to our local Garden State Pet Center for store credit.

  • Garden State Pet Center may or may not require a return shipment when issuing a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase (Receipt required)
  • No shipping fees for defective items
  • Buyer pays for return shipping if they decide they no longer want their products.
  • Exclusions: NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES
  • Live Animals
  • Pet Medication (including flea and tick products)
  • Clearance items
  • Muzzles/Collars and Crates/Carriers (exchange size only)
