Kill the bugs. Keep everything else safe. Defender is the essential-oil contact insecticide our own Spray Squad crews have carried since 2017 — citronella, peppermint, and cinnamon oil. EPA 25(b) minimum-risk: no re-entry interval, no synthetic residue.
Spray mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, ants, and other crawling or flying pests on contact, indoors or out. Safe around people, pets, plants, and livestock when used as directed. Reapply every 2–4 weeks indoors, or after heavy rain outdoors — it works on contact and does not linger like a synthetic residual.
What's in it. The actives are essential oils, not a marketing softener. They hit an insect's nervous system on contact and then break down. Because those actives are recognized minimum-risk ingredients, Defender is exempt from full EPA registration — which is why there's no evacuation period.
