Straight from the shores of Lake Akan, the legendary birthplace of Marimo moss balls, these playful faux Marimo keychains are a colorful piece of Japan you can take anywhere.
Each keychain features two artificial Marimo floating in vibrant colored liquid inside a clear acrylic case stamped with HOKKAIDO. Choose from blue, pink, or green — all authentic finds from Akanko Onsen Village, where we personally sourced them on our journey to Japan.
They’re not real Marimo, but they’re full of real charm — and we only brought back a small batch. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
