Kuhli loaches (Pangio Kuhlii) are a popular freshwater fish - ideal for beginners - are easily recognizable due to their eel-like bodies, dark eyes, and barbels on their mouths.

Kuhli Loaches reach up to three to four inches in length. They also generate a relatively low bioload, meaning minimal waste production. Additionally, their peaceful nature makes them perfect for cohabitating with tetras, rasboras, and betta fish.

Kuhli Loaches are nocturnal, so provide ample cover and live plants in the aquarium. They prefer a smooth, safe substrate to dig in while they search for food.

Temperature: 74° - 80° F
pH level range: 6.5 to 7.0

I ship insulated with medicated water, and Purigen, by tracked and insured USPS Priority only, and use cool packs when needed.

Do consider purchasing a heat pack if the temperatures in your area are below 40 degrees!
