- Coloration:Features an indigo or bluish-purple body with distinctive horizontal black stripes.
- Size:Grows up to 3 inches in length.
Behavior & Temperament
- Docile:Generally more peaceful and docile compared to other dottyback species.
- Territorial:May exhibit some territorial behavior, especially towards other dottybacks or similarly shaped fish, but is considered reef-safe.
- Active:Can be shy initially but becomes bolder in its aquarium, darting in and out of live rock and appearing more visible during feeding.
