Bayer Quad Dewormer is a broad spectrum chewable anthelmintic. Removes common roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms. Safe for dogs over 3 weeks of age.

May be given directly in the mouth or offered in a small amount of food. You should weigh your dog to make sure your are using the right size and number of tablets.
Size Chart for Quad Dewormer:

Puppy/Small Dog - - - - 2-25 lb
Medium Dog - - - - - - - 26-60 lb
Large Dog - - - - - - - - - 45 lb and up

Fasting is neither necessary or recommended.
